Here you can see a video of a tyre in GJS casting during processing on one of the little boring machines in our machining center. The tyre has a diameter 3800 mm, finished weight is approximately 5750 kg. This ring is made as a rush order for scheduling reasons within 6 weeks, including model making for one of our major customers and delivered free construction site.
